Community of Joy

We are all high powered radio towers.

Your brain, heart, and body create tons of energy and vibrations emanate all day.

Your organs, muscles, blood, emotions, and cells all create vibration. Even the cells into microbes that are not you, such as bacteria, viruses, fungus, mold, etc. all create vibrations too.

All these vibrations are flowing from you, and they create sound all around you. These sounds, scientist say can project off of your body for several hundred feet.

You project sound and walk in fields of it all day. You and I walk in the sounds of other people daily.

Vibrational medicine research states that your cell membranes are like speakers. The membranes pick up on the sound of others and vibrate with them if you are in constant contact with that vibration.

Cells will create toxins if they encounter vibrations that are negative and toxic to the host.

Cells that are in vibrations of joy will increase output of happy chemicals-endorphins, metabolic activity of organs, beneficial toxin removal.

When your cells are in a constant vibration of joy it amplifies the sound of joy. This activity creates a chain reaction within all the cells, so that they all vibrate with this positive vibe.

Simply put, the more you are in or around joy the more you will receive and give joy.

It is important that you find a community that has a healthy, balanced, and joyous outlook on life.

Having friends and family that find joy in the simple things that you resonate with is vital.

So if rock climbing, cooking, hiking, etc. bring you joy, then find others who love it too.

Pick a JOY community. Being fortified with like-minded individuals will help you train enjoy and create a mind of joy.

As it is written ... “then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” Philippians‬ ‭2:2-4‬ ‭ 🦋
